Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was a little nervous having my small dog spayed but the check in was orderly and there was no waiting. This helped put a new mommy at ease. Checkout was easy as well and the post surgery instructional printout were a nice touch. Everyone I encountered was great. I felt my little girl was in capable and caring hands. I m seriously considering switching to your practice after our exceptional experience.

We had a great experience in all aspects of our interactions with staff and doctor. DrWood spent significant time reading my dog’s 14 yr history from previous vet as well as observing and asking questions. He was able to discern an appropriate go-forward plan given complicated symptoms. So far, my dog is reacting positively to the treatment regimen. I just wish we had come sooner as my previous vet misdiagnosed. Great experience.

Wonderful clinic just backlogged. Took over 6 weeks to get a neuter appointment. It’s easy to plan ahead if you get a puppy from the beginning but not so much if you rescue or adopt. Awesome & helpful stuff!!

I would have loved to be in the exam room. If we can be in the clinic and talk to the doctor, I don’t know why we can’t be seated in the exam room. I would wear a mask if required too. I miss the personal connection to my pet’s care. I also would have liked a projected bill. The prices went up considerably since last year when I compared my two bills. Thank you!

It meant so much that the staff knew my cat individually, even though there were so many other animals there at busy clinic. It made me feel reassured that he got personal and compassionate care. Keep up the great work!!

Great experience. My kitten received all the care he needed, neutered, vaccines, deworming, etc., all at a reasonable price. The staff took great care of him. They were professional and answered all of my questions.

99.9% OF YOUR STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, UPON CHECK-IN THE TECH THAT TOOK OUR DOG, MILLY, BACK TO BE SEEN BY VET BEFORE WE COULD LEAVE WAS RUDE! OUR DOG IS AN 8 MONTH OLD CHOCOLATE LAB, WHO LOVES PEOPLE AND GETS EXCITED, ALL SHE WANTS IS TO BE GREETED AND ONCE SHE IS THEN SHE SETTLES DOWN, NOT COMPLETELY. THE TECH HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL US, NOT SUGGEST OR ASK, BUT TO TELL US THAT WE BETTER GET OUR DOG IN SOME KIND OF OBEDIENCE SCHOOL. BESIDES HER ATTITUDE, SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH ANIMALS, MY EXPERIENCE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK.

My pets are in good hands at the clinic.I appreciate all of the team there.

It really bothered me that I was not allowed to go in the exam room to observe my animals exams. I know it was done for safety reasons but I like to know how my animals are being treated during the exams.

Since I got my dog Oscar in 2011 this was the first place I took him and the reason I always come back is because I really feel confident that he is in good hands and I feel that the people in there really care of him and I’m very thankful for that.
