Dr Elwood is great- all people very nice & helpful

I absolutely love working with Dr. Welton. We have 2 senior cats and a younger dog and she ALWAYS takes the time to explain and discuss everything going on with our animals (especially our cats). I never feel rushed and she s amazing at explaining and offering different options. We are there fairly frequently with the age and concerns of our cays and I schedule all of our appointments so we can be seen by her. The rest of the staff are always excellent as well.

It was my first visit. I was very pleased and feel great about bringing Peaches Monday to be spayed.

Please offer more than 6 months same as cash on Care Credit. Yearly visits can be overwhelming.

Everything was perfect

I really appreciate the process was simple and affordable. I really like the transparent pricing. And the surgery went well and the staff communicated well about what to expect with clear instructions.

I wish y’all could be open til 6 pm. Working M-F 8-5 so I’m probably going to have to switch vets due to the limited hours. But I prefer y’all.

First time taking my mini schnauzer to your facility and was very happy from the minute we walked in and the minute we left . Great customer service . Clean nice facility. The front desk was wonderful explaining in detail what I needed to give my doggy at home and was very pleased with the experience will be back

Great staff.

The woman with the purple hair was rude from the minute I walked in. She made multiple snarky comments about my dog. Also, not sure why she is working at a vet if she expects animals to behave perfectly. I love my vet and think she is amazing but honestly, if it weren’t for her this girl was rude enough multiple times during my one visit that I would consider finding somewhere with a staff that is a bit more patient. Everything was great! I called before to get a price range and although I know it can’t be a final price given beforehand, it was way more than expected. The breakdown of the cost wasn’t explained to me afterwards and that would’ve been helpful. Luckily I’m in a space I was able to cover it but I remember days and I would’ve been embarrassed had I not been able to pick her up and have all the money needed. That’s the only thing! I like to know everything I’m being charged for and not just given a total. On the brighter side of things the staff was absolutely amazing and I’m so thankful you guys were so nice to my anxious baby. She’s healing great and the service itself was EXCEPTIONAL.

I mixed the dates up of my cats appointment and came in a week early but they still worked me into their busy schedule and I only had to wait five minutes! Excellent customer service and absolutely wonderful to my pet as always.

The staff I spoke to was very friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the charges and discharge instructions. My only comment was that the clinic was so busy that I didn t get to speak to any medical staff. Fortunately, my dog seems to be doing great; maybe there was nothing to say.

My dog was so poorly when I arrived at the clinic, everyone was so kind and rushed to assistance. Cannot thank Dr W and her assistant for the care they gave Buster. He seems to be feeling better. Thank you
