This is the best place to go! Staff was super friendly and explained everything to me and even answered every question I had. I would suggest this place to anyone that has a pet!!!

You guys were great, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Everyone was very kind and took great care of my Lulu. After her procedure, she had a bit of bruising around her incision, and they let me come in free of charge to make sure everything was alright! Dr. Hays is so sweet, and the techs definitely know what they’re doing. I would highly recommend this location.

The doctor went out of her way to make sure I totally understand the procedure and she carried out my dog personally when I picked her up. A great place to take my doggie!

When I made the appointment is as told to come 10 minutes early to update information. I then wasn t seen until 10-15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This has happened at both visits--its just a long wait with a puppy

Sue is the best technician who is friendly, knowledgeable and explains things well. I didn’t see Dr. Woods this visit for blood work, but he responded by email the next day.

I never saw the person who would be doing the surgery. This doesn t bother me, but some people might want to know who will be operating on their pets.

I was totally happy with my visit there. They were all so kind and caring. The doctor was extremely helpful. I’ll tell all my friends about this place!
