The staff was great! My dog is very hyper and all over the place and they did great trying to keep her under control! Definitely will be keeping you all as my vet!

It would be helpful if the vet 1. Introduced himself when he walked in the door (I had to ask who he was and what his name was as he offer none of this) 2. Got some background information and asked me some questions about our history with our new puppy 3. He asked me if I had any questions but never asked a single thing regarding our puppies history what we were doing what we are not doing. He just talked at me and gave me suggestions I was already using which had he started the rapport appropriately he would ve already had that information. I will continue to come to you all as I think it is not fair to judge but one time. But I have to say overall I was not impressed with the veterinarians bedside manner.

It was a bit disconcerting to find they had accidentally micro-chipped my dog. Other than that, the experience was great!

My experience was wondeful with the DVM and staff were knowledgeable. I did however had a female staff member abruptly inform me not to let my dog interact with the other dogs, even though we both owners didnt know that was a policy nor have we been informed previously. I would recommend mentioning something during the check in process. I still rate a 5 out of 5 no matter the small incident!

I have an outdoor cat that was due for a vaccine and checkup. Since I never know when he’ll be around it is difficult to make an appointment ahead of time. I called that morning to say I could bring him in and they were considerate to work me in.

This is now the second time we ve been able to utilize your facilities- I cannot tell you how impressed I am. I think the general opinion of a low cost spay/neuter clinic is a dark/dingy/dirty facility that stinks and you never go unless you have no other choice. Your facility is the exact OPPOSITE of this - in fact it s a touch nicer than our regular vets office:) The staff is wonderful (ladies at the desk could not be nicer) and both dogs have come back with perfect surgery results! Is it possible to leave Ricky longer next time? I was told he would wake right up because he would get a shot to reverse the sleep shot. I could not wake him up to get him out of car for almost three hours. I was scheduled to teach a class which affected 20 people, not just me.

Everyone was very accommodating and attentive. Doctor Woods and Sue were awesome working us in and taking special care of my sweet boy Ike. Thank you all for your help, continued support and professionalism.
