Just making sure staff is informing clients of the correct amount for certain services. I came in as a tech appt to do pre op bloodwork for my dog and over the phone I was told it would be around $95. When I arrived they told me the panel was $114 I almost did not have enough money for this as I was also picking up heartworm/flea/tick prevention. To me it’s Important to have the correct amount so I know how to budget my funds and I do not have to stress about it when I arrive.

I love the staff at S/N of the Carolinas! Everyone is so nice. Dr. Woods was great and took so much time to talk to me about my cat I brought in and also a former patient, my deceased cat, Bob. Thank you to all. And as always, as a member of Friends of Feral Felines, thank so much for helping Community Cats with you low cost Spay/Neuter prices!

I am please with how LuLu and Whiskey get the medicines they need and the physicals and they are giving treats but they always ask first I would recommend this place to everyone...Great Staff and work really well with our fur babies...I know they will make sure my dogs are taken care of...

Your staff was awesome! I knew ahead of time what to expect and how to prepare after the surgeries. All three kitties recovered quickly without any issues at all. You all were so purrfect, I would adopt you too. Thank you for all your care and expertise with our little ones. Bubba will be there soon so he can be just like his brothers.

Kyle was always the one to answer the phone when I had questions regarding baileys recovery and you can tell her genuinely loves and cares for the animals he works with.
