Dr.Woods is wonderful, I use to work with him and he has always taken care of my animals. He is very professional and caring man. I will always bring my animals to him!

The front staff is fantastic. However the vet tech and veterinarian both seemed completely exasperated with my dog. Because she is a rescue, she gets nervous around strangers and, especially, at the vet. This is not an uncommon characteristic for many dogs, let alone ones with a history of abuse. They both made me feel like it was a chore to give my dog her annual examination. I’ve never had a vet and/or technician make me feel like my dog was a burden and that’s exactly how I felt walking out. A little more empathy for nervous dogs, especially rescues who’ve been abused by humans in the past you is not too much to ask. ***Side note: large dogs should not be forced to stay put on an examination table. Every large dog I’ve owned in the past was examined standing up on the floor where they feel much more at ease.

Everyone on staff was excellent! especially the young man at the front desk that day. I was impressed with the vet as well and we are returning later this month for our f/up. I am used to going in the exam room w my pet and was a little surprised that that isn t the policy at your office. Overall the visit was great!
