love the staff at the grooming/daycare facility (haven t met the doctors yet)… Maggie and everyone does a wonderful groom for my very furry Pom and Persians and everyone is so polite and friendly. Also LOVED the photos of my Litl Bit playing at day care on FB!!! Thank You All!

I was at work and asked a million questions on the phone about my old guy (bird) since my husband took him in.The doctor and Amy, the vet tech, were very nice both visits.

Dr.Murphy is very kind and warm. The staff is so sweet and loving w my baby.

Candy & Jamie were very friendly. Dr. Valentine, as always, was very kind and helpful.

When we arrived at our appointment we checked in and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes at which point I texted to see what was going on. We were told we were next. After approximately 45 minutes of waiting in car with car and air on, a staff person came out. When I complained about the wait, he said the visits were running behind. As I expressed to him, we should have been notified when we checked in that we would have a wait. The staff was courteous and apologetics. We were very disappointed with our visit!

Dr Murphy totally explains everything. Wish everything was back to normal.Would love to go back in and see everyone. Stay safe!

Dr. Valentine and staff are always great to work with. We have been coming here forever and I would recommend them to any and all. She takes time to listen and work with Maggie, who adores her.
