Thank you so much we are new to town and your office was recommended by a neighbor. My little Mouse has separation anxiety and I worry when people take him. With Covid 19 not being able to go with him was hard, but everyone there made me feel confident and secure in giving him to someone for vet care. He is also doing so good on his new medication dose. I really appreciate you!!

Tech was very good to explain everything. She made call to my car while she had Chip (my 17 yr old Beagle) to ask if I wanted 1 or 3 yr vaccine for Distrmper. I appreciate this very much and the care Chip received today and other visits!

I have always loved Dr Valentine as a fellow cat lady but this time we “saw” Dr Gintert and she was wonderful on the call. Explained so much and I didn’t feel she was rushing through our discussion.

My dog, Bogey, is very important to us. When he is treated by Dr Valentine, the technicians and office staff great him as if he was their only patient. I love this about your office. No call is ever treated as insignificant. I will never go anywhere else for his treatment.
