We love Healthy Pet! All the vets and assistants are great. The one suggestion I do have is when we had our cats claws trimmed, the position he was in seemed stressful to him. I ve had them hold him in their lap before, and that seemed much less stressful. Other than that, Dr. Roberts was great and everyone else, too!

I so appreciate the care was given with Emma s surgery and how Dr. Christmas kept me apprised of what was happening. Many thanks to Lisa for her clear post-surgery care instructions and showing me how to lift Emma into the car. Emma is recovering super fast and it s all I can do to keep her activity contained.

I don’t remember the name of the CVT who was at our appointment. She was very helpful and informative, took time to talk with us about flea/tick and heart worm prevention options. She was excellent! Dr Humphries was knowledgeable and helpful as always.

Brought my ferrets here while growing up and will keep bringing my new ferrets here as well..! My older male ferret needed to be seen ASAP since he was pretty sick today and y all got us in the same day! Which was awesome, we saw Carla Christman, which she is officially our new vet for life! She was very very knowledgeable and trustworthy when it came to the appt today!!! We loved how she has her own ferrets as well so knows exactly where we are coming from! We will def be back for all our ferret needs when it comes to their health! Ten out of ten stars!!!!!

Hi-I tried to choose responses above, but didn t see any indication that the stars that I picked were highlighted in any way, so am not sure it would have registered for use in your survey results. One little thing that I, personally, would appreciate is if the least possible dosage of medications could be prescribed - I say this because if one has no experience with a particular med. there s no way of knowing how that person s pet will respond or react to a medication (like with me and Jaxson, since no pet of mine has ever been on Gabapentin or Metacam and I had no idea how Jaxson might be affected, other than being told that Gabapentin can cause some sedation) If I had been sent home with only a few days worth, instead of 10-20 days of Gaba, then it wouldn t be such a waste of product and money, and I could have easily returned to the clinic for additional med(s) if they were well tolerated and if they seemed to be helping Jaxson. I realize it s tricky to know the right supply amount for a person to be sent home with, but perhaps it s best to start smaller, then add to it if necessary. Just a thought. There was a pronounced scent from cleaning or air freshener products but everything was very clean. I m not sure it is possible to have a pet clinic be completely neutral scent.

Dr Carla and her staff were wonderful. Will be back!
