This is not a good survey tool--the stars should start out blank, rather than filled in. That being said, I was quite pleased with my last visit. The DVM and Tech were both excellent and I plan to ask for them whenever I bring my pet in.

Although I mentioned that my dog has a very restricted diet, he was given a large number of treats in attempt to calm his fears. He was sick until he was later able to vomit them up.

Dr. Sue Roberts and her assistant were amazing! They made us feel as if we were the most important cat and human in the world. She took the time to explain everything and was super helpful!

I love taking my bunnies to Dr Christman. She is so great with them and I leave feeling very confident in their health and overall. All my questions are answered, even the more “ridiculous” ones, and I never feel like I’m being judged for asking about anything. I also love that Healthy Pet offers boarding, and feel so relaxed knowing they are in the best of hands while I’m away. I have been going to Healthy Pet since I got my first bunny 6 years ago, and continue to go to them despite living on the far west side. Thank you for providing such excellent service and employing such friendly and outstanding staff.

I would have liked more information on my cat s condition and prognosis, but teh vist was very good overall. I bear responsibility here as well because I just did not know the right questions to ask. Great service in general and a nice clinic building. I will be back if my cat ever needs help in the future.

The vets were very accommodating to our unique needs as we prepared to move our dogs out of the country. They were knowledgeable about the requirements for dog transportation and helped reassure us on all of the steps.

My only suggestion is to have folks share prices of treatments/services as a rule, rather than something that needs to be asked for. Overall, I had a great experience and I ll definitely be coming back.

Dr. Carla and her assistant showed so much patience and thoughtfulness. They took an enormous amount time to give Ella a chance to feel comfortable. Dr. Carla read Ella s body language and behavior so that she had a good experience at the clinic. Additionally, we appreciate the suggestions that were given to help Ella deal with her anxiety.
