Due to COVID limitations, the wait time was understandable, although still 45 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Did not enter the facility as per social distancing restrictions. Every effort was made by staff to provide excellent service and communication.

Took 3 weeks to get an appt. And wait time was long since I got there. This was during the covid pandemic so I understand. Love the staff, will def. Always keep going to see dr. Graydon

I am a happy customer but am sooo disappointed that when I put Cosmo down the vet forgot to take his paw print. I also find it interesting that sympathy cards aren’t sent out when one euthanizes their beloved pet. I’ve had no issues bringing my pets , quite like coming there but someone dropped the ball when I lost my Cosmo.

As always this is the only vet I will bring my pup too.For suggestion it would be nice if seniors could get a discount

Having brought in my 13 year old cat for a fur trim , she has the weirdest hair & it gets matted all the time , I was so pleased with the job the girls in the back did on her . I ve brought her in for the past 3 years or so & it s not till I get home & Pister out of her crate ,that I see what they ve done . It s always been a very nice surprise & she prances around cause she feels pretty . Thank You girls .

I came in with a rescue cat to get vaccines asked for by Manitoba Mutts. I wasn’t aware of which vaccines were needed at the time but reception had a list sent by Manitoba Mutts. It would have been helpful for them to pass on the vaccines needed to the Dr as I wasn’t aware of all that was needed, Thank you!

I ve always had good service.

I got in an hour after the time of my appointment, I found that hard for my puppy to wait that long, otherwise I was satisfied.

All my responses are 5 out of 5 EXCELLENT! Vanessa provided excellent and compassionate care to our traumatized dog Ranger...she also cared for us! My dog was so comfortable at this vet, even with all the other dog smells! The ladies working were so very nice and friendly, and the doctor was so gentle with my Keiko.
