I m not sure if my ratings registered. they are five star and I was very happy to find dr. dreilich as being with your staff. I m having trouble with my computer

Being that it was Hazel’s first visit and I had explained to staff prior to her appointment that she was a recent rescue with anxiety, it was rather frustrating that it went from amazing and Hazel being comfortable and wagging her tail for the first 20 minutes (we arrived 20 minutes early as was suggested)to her being anxiety ridden and trying to find somewhere to hide for the rest of the over an hour we were there…to having her leave with a cone???? I would definitely appreciate her being seen on time the next time we visit. By the time she was seen and then paying the bill while she was anxiety-ridden with multiple owners and dogs around her…me holding a cone and handling her by myself…$161 for first visit… Obviously you have a thriving practice and we really liked your staff…My hope is that next time the visit will be shorter and smoother.

I really appreciate the Docs understanding, as we navigate meeting the medical needs of an elderly dog.

Followed Dr. Drelich here and so glad I did! Much easier to get in and see a vet when they are really needed. Having the best vet is meaningless if you always have to wait days to see them. Happy to be switching to this office that really cares about your pets.

I love this vet hospital. Cathy is so nice and considerate, and Dr totman tells it like it is.

I was so impressed with the compassion shown to less mobile pets in the waiting room. The women behind the desk were on task. Jim, Dr. Totman’s assistant, came out to give me her meds and explained each one carefully. Dr. Totman was very caring and worked with my schedule to give me an option for a return visit. Very caring, compassionate and my dog trusts them, I can tell—very important to me!

Marc did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable and kind.

The Help and Doctor were great! All familiar Faces that I once dealt with at Butterfield Hospital only now at Vineyard Hospital my new go to for the furry kids.

I was told that I would get a call on the day following my cat s appointment to let me know about her blood work. I didn t get a call so I called the later in the afternoon the next day. Tim answered and he checked and told me kitties blood results were o.k. so I felt very relieved.

As usual, the staff & Doc Totman were wonderful.

Dr. Drelich is a superb addition to your office.

I felt wait time was a bit excessive, I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. Also, Teeney was taken to the back for her vaccines. I am accustomed to having it done in front of me. And I was not informed on where the vaccination was given or that she would be sore and lethargic. I was so worried when she yelped at our touch and just layed around. I thought someone might have hurt her little leg or bruised her ribs. I called as soon as you opened the next day to have her examined.

Staff was wonderful! We we’re able to see the Vet the next day. Very reasonable price for services provided

As always I ve been very happy with everyone there. I never leave disappointed and have referred my friends.

The staff took great care in treating our cats and they made the process less stressful.

Dr Totman is exceptional! Gentle with my dogs but thorough. Office staff very friendly and helpful.

The clinic staff and the doctor was extremely amazing and went above and beyond to help my fur baby. They have just earned a family.

I feel like each visit is so expensive. I understand services cost money, but with other vets I have felt like they were honest in telling me what to keep in mind for the future and what needed to be done ASAP. I feel like they aren’t as straight forward here and they give you a huge list of things to take care of and make it all sound critical. When you go in vaccinations and walk out spending over $300 even after declining some services, it just feels bad.
