For a person that has a pet that is on Social Security only the prices are two high look what I can afford in the next procedure that JJ needs there’s not a way that I can come up with over $3000 for the surgery that he needs and I don’t know what to do I love my pet but I can’t afford the treatmentWhat do I do and of course this is not your problem it’s mine

Considering the extra precautions and steps involved for an appointment with your pet these days due to corona virus, the staff did a fabulous job taking care of us. It was 21 degrees and snowing, and the poor staff was outside retrieving pets from owners in their cars, and then bringing them back out. Brrrrr! Thank you Mulnix for your continued professionalism and compassion for our pets during these trying times.

They love their patients and they never make you feel rushed during the appointment. Only when all health questions and concerns have been addressed is the appointment considered to be over. My gripe concerns the misinformation I was given regarding the rebate for Heart Worm preventative medication. I was told the rebate would be $60 if I bought a 12 month supply. So that s what I bought. But the rebate only applies if I was buying 2 of that Company s products, not just the one that I needed. If you re giving out the rebate forms you ought to read them first.

I understood the invoice but feel like the vet should have mentioned that each dogs meds were $70 plus dollars. I still would have gotten the meds but the sticker shock would have been less when paying.

Always a great experience

I m giving only 3 stars because I was annoyed to return from the appointment where I was told only bordatella was due to get an email that distemper is now due. Why didn t you give it to my dog then instead of having to schedule another visit!!!??
