The staff at Mulnix is always, always friendly and helpful. Additionally, they are very efficient. I have dealt with many vet clinics through the years and Mulnix is, without question, the best!

As usual everyone was very friendly. Dr. Gaffney even came out to my car to talk to me about Dante.

I very much appreciate the care that’ Dr Gaffney gives my dog Dexter. At this COVID-19 time, I could not come with Dexter to his appointment, but after the exam & shot, the vet called me & shared all the information about his checkup & let me know that Dexter was very relaxed & comfortable and willingly let them get everything done.

I love Dr. Gaffney and Nicole so much! They treated Bailey like an angel and were so kind to her. Bailey is a rescue and has terrible crate anxiety. Dr. Gaffney was so kind enough to baby gate her so she did not have to be crated. The staff always goes above and beyond.

This clinic honors the social distancing and mask regulations. It was a clean no contact visit. They were thorough with my cat and did what needed to be done. They were ethical and went over costs at each point. I found them to be reasonable cost wise and they were able to get to the bottom of what was happening with ease.

I can’t thank you enough for your kindness, care, understanding, flexibility and love in taking care of Tahoe through the years! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!

It s challenging to work within the confines of masks & not having direct communication with humans!! Carly was very nice, but spoke too fast for my old ears (& mind) to comprehend on the phone with a mask. Also; I had arranged additional testing with Dr. Thomas and she seemed to have no knowledge of this - Not in Guinness file?. I felt she learned as we went along, rather than reviewing why we were there, first. There was some confusion on billing, as well. I had asked that it be charged on my Care Card & specifically mentioned this special billing (with no interest) but was initially charged incorrectly. It was discovered and re-billed properly, after the fact, which I certainly appreciated. I ALWAYS feel that all of you have Guinness best interests in mind and appreciate this so very much!

I did curb side pickup with the new policies. As a pet parent I was worried before going because it was so different. However, everyone there did an amazing job making sure my kitty felt safe, that I was fully informed, and that everything was organized well. Cannot begin to describe how thankful I am for such amazing people there.

We were very late to our appointment and the staff was very accommodating and was still able to see us. I really appreciate that.
