Wonderful Staff

Dr. Megan is always so awesome when I bring in Ms. Athena even if it’s a walk-in. I feel so comfortable being able to go in with my precious girl & be able to speak to the Dr myself. Thank you so much Dr. Megan for taking such good care of my Baby Girl & to the staff as well!!! Keep up the good work y’all do everyday!!!

I am so very thankful I was able to get Princess in as a walk- in. She is doing well now and I am so grateful to the Doctor and staff. We will be back when necessary and I will highly recommend this office to everyone.

The ladies at the front understood my stress and general anxiety about leaving Ranger for surgery and were very reassuring. But this is where I take my animals for the very reason that I have all the confidence in the vets that are at the clinic.

The doctor and her assistant were so very nice. The only complaint I have is the wait time.

My technician today was Irene, and I was very pleased with everything she did. I hope to see her next time. Thanks

I have had many vets along the way. Me and my animals have been treated like family at Risinger’s vet clinic. Dr Kerry has provided the most caring, comprehensive and well thought out care I could ever ask for. I trust Dr Kerry completely with my animals. Hope has been intuitive, kind and caring with little guy Romy. I can’t thank y’all enough!

I know its hard with Covid going on but i just wish we did not have to wait in the car when the office is big enough to allow a few in at a time i understand the well being of all the people but i think it could be a limited amount as you stand in there and wait to pay your bill with others close.

I love this clinic and Dr. Lisa is absolutely wonderful. My only problem is how busy the clinic is which demands calling earlier than usual for appointments and the longer wait times after arrival.

The whole staff is absolutely wonderful.

I had scheduled Gaston’s shots about 3-4 weeks before my appointment day. I’m had arranged to be off work, and came to my appointment and waited to get to the counter about 15 minutes. I was told that only I could be in the clinic with Gaston because of Covid rules. And it wouldn’t have been a problem except that I was not told this when I scheduled my appointment, so my children were with me. We did not get to be seen, I had to cancel my appointment. I was disappointed because of the work it took to make it all happen and I just wish that I had been told at the time of scheduling that no one else could be with me. I have always loved coming to this clinic, but the receptionist was not sympathetic or apologetic about anything. She actually tried to look past me when my turn finally did come to be up at the counter to tell them we were there for our appointment. Anyway, I wish you all the best in your practice, but was disappointed in how this particular appointment went and so I will probably be scheduling him somewhere else

I greatly appreciate the walk-in aspect. Even though I had a bit of a wait, it wasn t too bad.

Always an easy and enjoyable experience, staff is always very quick and answers any and all questions.

We are new to the practice and feel very welcome. We are confident that our pets will receive excellent care and attention.

Dr Casey was friendly, caring and great with my dog. Appreciate the friendliness of not only the Dr but entire staff. Being from out of state, it was a little concerning to have to see a different vet but we certainly chose the right one!
