I drive 60 miles to Risinger Animal Hospital because I am impressed by the entire staff and treatment. I love the rural atmospher, but the facilities are top notch. I know that my pet is getting loving treatment from staff I trust. ??

We have been using Risinger for over 15 years. 2 labs and a Westie have left us living long lives. They took us through saying goodbyes with compassion and tears as if they were their own. Now another lab and pound puppy mix going on 3 and 4. They all have and still love the docs and staff and never hesitate to make their way through the doors. Everyone is always so great! Vickie, Dr. Megan, Dr. Risinger Even when the parking lot it FULL, there is patience and professionalism with short reasonable times - even as a walk-in. I love watching all the big horses and cows come through too. Thank you for taking care of all of our babies big and small!!

I really appreciate your saving my dog s life. She was extremely ill when I brought her in and needed to be hospitalized. I received calls every day from a technician updating me on her health.I am so happy to have my little one back, alive and well.

Background music or some kind of sound when on hold would be nice. I gave you 4 stars on wait time because it can be long. HOWEVER that is because you are sooooo good that you re always very busy. The level of care you give and your willingness to spend time listening to folks talk about their critters makes it worth the wait! (Wait time is what you make it and I have never been bored ??)
