I do trust and like Pet Express Animal hospital, however on 8/6 when picking up my dog after surgery, they were understaff and the staff that was there were obviously overwhelmed. I am always patient but the backup help should know all processed and not tell you to call back the next day for the refund since and I quote the girl that is usually here is sick so I don t know how to do that

I felt the person at the front desk barely greeted me and was very quick with us. The tech was very friendly and kind to my dog the vet seemed to not know what was going on.it didn t seem like the usual good service today especially the front desk

I Love bringing my fur-baby to Pet Express Animal Hospital, the staff & doctors are always pleasant and offer love and affection as well as health care for my Frenchie Walter each and every visit!

Dr. Barr and his team are always on point and as usual they were again. Dr . Barr had several emergencies prior to my coming in but was not rushed and made sure I had my concerns were addressed. The staff are compassionate and all about your pets well being.

I really like Dr. BARR and his assistant, took there time with my dog Tig, very caring.

Our visit was amazing as usual! Lily was great with Duke and very knowledgeable about his needs and how to keep him healthy!

The Veterinarian & Support Staff are always compassionate to our needs and treat our pets like family.

BEST VET I VE EVER TAKEN MY DOGS TO! I trust them. They saved my dog s life. They re affordable compared to all the other Vets I ve gone to. I did dog rescue for 15 years & I ve been to many Vets! I m very impressed. I live out by US 27 & Sheridan St & I drive all the way out there everytime b/c they re worth it. Very good professionals. I highly recommend them!

I don t remember seeing this doctor before, but I was very happy with his treatment of Sergei. Thank you.

Highly recommend Pet Express Animal Hospital. Dr Barr and his team are professional and and provide excellent care and service.

It s always been satisfactory however I had to wait 45 minutes with an appointment to be seen. I can understand 15 minutes or less but waiting 45 minutes is not acceptable, nor is it being respectful of my time. Other than that all good ! Thank you!

I have been taking my yorkies to Pet Express since they were 2 months. They have always treated them with lots of love, staff and doctors are excellent. They really go over and beyond taking care of my fur babies.

Stop charging BS tests. Was told needed to have the fecal test for worms even if the worms are visible in the sample I brought. Was told can t give a universal dewormer without knowing what type of worms. Then was given a universal dewormer when they didn t see the clearly moving worms. I will never bring back any of my pets again. You lost a customer that has been with you for 6 years over $50.00 dollars.
