Superb quality care

I was fraudulently charged for services not rendered. I was told and showed on paper that I could pay $340 for a biopsy of a lump on my dogs paw or $837 to remove the lump. I chose to have it removed. They charged me $1,100 instead of $837 and when the bandages came off 2 days later they had only done the biopsy.

We brought in our dog for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the honest, efficient treatment we received from the staff and Dr. Rayment. It’s difficult to find a trustworthy vet in an emergency. We’re extremely grateful for the genuine care you provided for our furbaby!

Waiting is typical for any doctor visit. The room could have used some dusting. The vents were dirty and there was some blood on the lower part of the wall. But everyone was nice and everything went well!

I received wrong x-ray, pictures from another cat, fortunately my friend is vet and noticed that report and x-ray is not matching, i paid 300$ for x-ray but I don t have correct results
