I called that Sunday at 09:30am and was given a 12:00pm appointment. I was on time. I was finally called into a waiting room a little after 13:30 and finally left around 14:45. My dog had an ear infection, that is why I stayed and waited, I would not have done so otherwise. I was not a walk-in either.

Love the place and the people who work there are extremely nice

It was a difficult day and Dr. Sanchez and each person I encountered at Pet Express was incredible, with more compassion and care than I thought possible. Thank you!

Very impressed except for the wait time.

Your front desk employees are rude and always unwelcoming. When I asked to see a specific person she said and what do you need or what is it in reference to extremely rude and distasteful. I also witnessed her be just as unprofessional and nasty to other clients you had enter the facility one of which walked out because of her rudeness. You need to manage this better because I am not sure when our year subscription is up we will return.

I always enjoy my visit and chatting with the staff. Plus, it’s always nice when others genuinely love your fur babies and treat them as their own!!

Excellent care & service!! Wait time was very long Clinic was very clean and well taken care of and the staff and Doctor were wonderful!! Best of all, Sassy, our little Pom, is feeling better!! Thank you!!!

Everyone seems very nice but the follow up is horrible. I must have heard that someone would call me back a dozen times over the past 2 days. Better follow up is vital.

Pricing is completely unreasonable, I feel Pet Express is taking advantage of the fact that we love our animals so much.

Communication between staff and feedback from results to customers could be better. There was no follow call from your side the next day to find out how my pet was doing. I was promised to be called back with blood results which were done by third party had to call myself to ask what the status was.

I have already shared my experience with several of my dog parents at markem parks dog park, here in weston. They sounded impressed. I hope you receive new clients. I was extremely happy with our visit.

Loved the facility and the staff. However, wait to see the doctor took longer than I expected. That was my overall negative experience.

Not really satisfied with her bath her ears were not cleaned properly. And not for the price either. The staff is great but I wasn t happy with her bath. Also they can t find her paperwork which I still need

We had to wait over an hour to be seen for our appointment. This was very stressful for my dog. I also had to ask about how much medications cost, rather than the tech discussing them prior to preparing them.

I d suggest discontinuing the use of the soft cone/collar . . . poor Sam couldn t see through it so he had now peripheral vision, and kept walking backwards. More importantly, it was too easy for him to use his paw and bend it back, rendering it useless toward protecting his eyes from self-scratching the painful ulcer and trying to wipe away the wetness. Useless for this purpose. Otherwise very happy.
