Long wait but it was because there was an emergency situation. The staff explained everything and were very attentive during the wait. The outdoor area was a big help to give our dog a fun break. A very kind, outgoing woman was working at the front desk. She was great!

I not only appreciate the friendly staff for being open on Easter Sunday but I also appreciate the knowledgeable veterinarian who saw my cat and let me know things that my primary that never bothered to tell me at my cats yearly physical just two weeks prior to visiting. For these reasons I will be using your company as my new primary for my cats. Thank you for coming to Davie!!

The doctors, techs and support staff have been amazing thus far

I was very happy with the facility, staff and care my baby Ellie received. I came there due to an emergency situation and was very pleased at how quickly they took her in and evaluated her injury. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other emergency clinics in the area. I will be bringing all my animals to Pet Express!

Wonderful staff and facilities.

We had a 6:10 apt and by 7:10 and still not being seen we left and No one cared one bit! Very disappointed!

I came in late on a Thursday 15 minutes before the location was about to close. My lab ingested a human blood pressure pill of my fathers. They immediately took care of her no matter the later hours of the day. All of the staff were amazing very helpful and considerate I would definitely recommend this location to others as I will make the switch there myself - what a great group! I was disappointed that my dog was not fed per my instructions. I measured out exactly 2 cups per meal and upon coming home and inspecting his bag, I realized that he still had 2 cups left which meant he wasn t fed a meal. Not sure I can trust this facility to board my dog. Also even though the groomer instructed the facility not to leave his dog bowl in the crate with him, it was resulting in my dog chewing it (probably from hunger) and consuming plastic, which he later vomited up.

I probably will be switching vets after this last visit. Now there are boarding fees and exam fees that I was forced to get when all I needed was for your facility to give my animals cap star and revolution. And there was never a boarding or exam fee. Ever. And when I had to leave because I had to go to work, they wouldn’t give me an itemized receipt for everything I had to pay for. So when my husband tried to pick up the animals, he was told we owed another $250. That’s just outrageous, we just payed 350-400$ before we left and you guys are just crazy. We were double charged for revolution and who knows what else. After a lot of talking, the manager did help resolve the situation but it was still disappointing and unorganized over there. And by the way, your prices are insanely high for how horrible the staff is.

I cannot recall the receptionists name but she was outstanding. Dr. H was excellent and took her time explaining everything. I will definitely be back and recommend Pet Express to everyone.

Amazing service from every member from Dr. Hopkins to texhs Ashley, Tiffany, and Sean. They took the time to assure us of every concern. We will be going here from now on

I was able to get an appointment the same day, I m very happy with the treatment they gave my 2wk old kitten (eye drops,flea treatment & worming)New Customers get their first visit complimentary so I only paid for medication the first visit. Definitely going to bring the rest of my Fur babies here.

I was very impressed with the Facility and all staff. Flexibility is key to me in scheduling because I have an intense work schedule so was beyond impressed with your hours and flexibility. I also noted that treating both humans and animals with respect and dignity was core to your animal hospital and I was very grateful for that. Thanks for helping our community!

2 hrs 30min. Was way to long for a simple visite.hope its not always like this. The wait was terrible. My dog and i both get stress out.

Everything was excellent the people were nice and seem to love pets.

The vet was very thorough, & made me feel very good. The mgr. was also excellent!

Dr. Sanchez was wonderful answered all of questions and was so very patient. However, I purchased the vaccination pckg - regretting doing so since my dog (who is a boxer) is not due until 06/28- I called and left numerous msgs to the office mgr Charlene who has not answered any of my calls. Very disappointed.
