Thank you for making Roscoe s appointment 1st in the morning and taking him in before you opened. I know that made it less stressful for him. Also, I really appreciate that you let me go back to his crate to muzzle & leash him, then take him out the back door. Again, much less stressful for everyone! Dr Erika was great about calling me with his status during and after the procedure. His breath is SO much better now that those bad teeth are gone! and thank you for trimming his nails while he was out , which I didn t even think to ask for but definitely appreciate!

Dr Eppard has been my vet since I moved to Castle Rock in 2000. She is a wonderful and caring person. My cats and I were so lucky to have found her. I even tracked her down when she made the move from Douglas County Animal Hospital to Plum Creek. She and the front desk staff have been my points of contact and they are all just great people.

Our experience with Plum Creek was SO good. They were extremely attentive to my concerns and took such good care of our dog before, through and after her surgery. Very reasonably priced estimates were given to us as well. Highly recommend!!

My dog is better which is the bottom line. I was concerned that a sick dog was made to wait til 4 PM when I called at 7:05am.

I did not realize that toenail clipping was an additional charge. The first time we brought her I was told it was part of the visit so I assumed that would be consistent (I never would’ve paid for the clipping otherwise)…it would be helpful to indicate when a service is an additional charge - prior to checkout.

Dr. Mercedes and Esther were outstanding in every respect. We know that our senior cat, Patches, will be in good hands at Plum Creek. The office staff employees were also wonderful. Thank you for being so knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate.

This was my first time at your office. Everyone is super friendly and I felt comfortable. I feel my cats were treated with good care and my concerns were listened to and addressed. I do wish more services were mobile. It is difficult to medicate my cats and they need gapapentin to travel with them. It is hard on all of us. They are sensitive babies who like to be home. I understand we are a smaller community - but we are growing rapidly so please consider expanding xrays, dental care, etc. as a mobile service as this is a reason I switched to your practice as it offers home visits. Thanks so much!
