I can answer some of these questions. Some I can’t. I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the hospital or the technician’s skills. Suffice it to say that I’ve always been happy Shawsheen Animal Hospital, it’s cleanliness and it’s staff. Is it pricey? Sure. But you get what you pay for. These physicians and techs pay a lot for their education and they’ve earned every penny they charge. Same w office staff. I am a retired registered nurse. There are people in medicine who are top of the list in my opinion. They are, in no particular order, Pediatricians, Physical Therapists and Veterinarians. Most of their patients cannot communicate their problems. It takes a special person to figure that out. Thank you for your commitment to animals.

I didn t get to go in with my pet, but I did have a conversation with the veterinarian who cared for my furry love. My furry love I feel received excellent care. Amazing vet practice. The entire staff is so professional, caring, friendly, knowledgeable. It is very impressive to run a business with top notch staff. Nicole the manager is amazing, Kelly, Kate, Kat and Jennifer are all starts in the front desk. Ingram, Anthony, Jenn Clark, Cara, Steph, Courtney, Sarah, Tammy, Michaela and Lauren all are all superstars!!!!

My cat Tweetie Bird becomes highly anxious at vet visits and is typically hostile to her brother, Sylvester, for up to one week post visit. The doctor and technician were very good with her and the visit went better than usual. She was only hostile for one day post visit this time:) Thank you. Gail Marlowe

Dr. Stamp has been so thorough with my dogs issues. She has called multiple times to check on Bailey. She listens to my concerns and has made many suggestions that have been helpful.
