Best visit I’ve had at your hospital since being a customer! Curbside service was super quick and we were in and out in 20 minutes. I loved that! No waiting in the car or a room with a dog that was ill and scared at the same time. Keep up the good work. Brenda Lomanno ??

I can not say enough about Steph . She always goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of my pets . Her kindness and caring attitude are a breathe of fresh air .

Our beloved pet has been coming to Shawsheen since 2010 and has always received great care. She just had surgery to remove a lump and were kept informed throughout the procedure. Great staff. Great Service.

All good except very often I have experienced problems with the phone service when attempting to call to let the front desk know I am outside. Repeatedly the call rings once and then drops. It doesn t ring busy which I would understand. The positive things are most important, the tech s are warm & wonderful, the front desk is helpful. All are friendly and kind. All very caring. Thank you!
