Doctor Ian is an amazing individual and very hands on. Quick witted and a sharp thinker. He certainly handles extreme situations very well including surgery. His knowledge is vast and isn’t just book smart. You would think he’s been doing this his whole life! The staff is fun and friendly as well. The new facility is a nice location as well!

I left my 16 year old dog for a weekend 2 night stay. I supplied 2 meals, vitamins and treats for exactly 2 days. When I picked her up, I was given her bedding and harness, but wrapped inside the bedding TO MY SURPRISE was a FULL PORTION of food, her vitamins and treats. SO my ELDER dog was NOT FED one of the days and NEVER given any treats or vitamins. I was in such a hurry to leave because I had been waiting on the groomer to finish--by the way, I was absolutely satisfied with that experience, that I did not take the time to look. I called them immediately. Now, five days have passed and NO ONE has called to give an explanation or an apology.

What a difference in veterinary services. The attention given to my dog was incredible and the willingness to explain all options was great. I cannot say enough about your clinic. I was very happily surprised with care that was given and the lack of waiting. Within 15 minutes, was being seen by the doctor. This was my 1st visit and was able to get seen in 2 days. Dr. Marks listened, and although not very affectionate, he was very thorough with the exam and advise as well as the recommended treatment. He did not attempt to sell me a bunch of tests that my pup already had. I have been to 2 other vets in the past 6 months so have had enough experience to know. Will bring the rest of my furbabies.

I was picking up my dog after she had been there to have a glucose curve. I was expecting to have someone give me complete explanations (in writing) of what to do as far as giving her the insulin and feeding her. I was not taken into a room. Dr A stood at the desk while I held onto both of my dogs and gave me cursory instructions (verbally). I have been coming here since 1992 and I expected to be given a little more time to understand what I needed to do and ask questions. I think you should have something in writing to give to people. It may not seem like a big deal to you, but for me it was huge to have to now give her insulin 2 times a day. It was disappointing.

did not have any complaints with the office during my dogs visit. however, I was not happy with the lack of communication your facility failed to share with the ER facility that I was informed to go to. As a result the care of my dog in the ER was delayed.

My dog had surgery, when my husband and daughter picked her up, she was wearing a collar. According to the instructions from the front desk she will be ok without anything just watch her, needless to say the wound opened back we had to bring her in and get surgery again that we had to pay for a day after paying. I ve gone to different places before and didn t have to ask about a collar it was provided,then to have to pay over 200 again not cool!, I m saying if you go to the dr.and had a procedure do you have to ask for a bandaid or cast? Or is it part of the process, just wondering...

Im thankful you could get my Sam in. I was impressed back when I brought my parents dog Jazz in so I didn t hesitate to call when Sam had a problem and soon you ll meet Bella. This part of our move from Texas has been very easy!
