I bring multiple pets at once and typically they are seen one at a time. This time, they were seen simultaneously and that led to some confusion. I think completing one full exam before moving to the next pet, is the best method. Dr. A was wonderful as usual. However, one of the vet techs was visibly annoyed with him when the confusion occurred and was quite frankly disrespectful. The techs had laid out multiple open vet files on the counter, had both cats out of their carriers, and my dog was in the room. They had multiple vaccines out on the counter. It is their job to prep the room, not Dr.A s. It is their job to assist, to be frustrated with Dr. A on this was unfair since the techs could have done better setting things up. They were both fine to me, but the coldness and unprofessionalism of one towards Dr. A was inappropriate. I miss Ashley (previous vet tech).

Front desk staff could be more helpful and pleasant by taking more initiative and anticipating customer needs. Tech could be more confident and take more initiative. Dr. Marks could slow down just a bit and facilitate a more robust dialogue to problem solve with customers to work as a team to determine best course of action for pets. Overall, a good experience, just think customer service and people skills could be improved a bit.

Both of my cats have gone here. It’s probably been 17 years now since I took the first cat. They are very caring of animals and really help you to understand behavior issues

My 2 dogs have been taking a pill to prevent heart worms and a pill for flea & ticks. I got the flea pills. No heart worm pills. The asst. asked me the name of the pills, I told her I didn’t know, but it should be in their records. I guess it wasn’t, since I didn’t get them. I thought they were suppose to keep taking them the same day every month?!? I also dropped of a specimen of Scarlet yesterday. As yet I haven’t heard if she’s okay or has a problem!!!

Our regular vet is Dr. Michael Mark s in Brooksville. We see Dr. Ian Mark s if we have an emergency with one of our 8 schnauzers. He is so much like his dad as far as knowledge, friendliness always refreshing to see him. He always know how to ease our concerns about our dogs. Your office is very blessed to have Dr. Mark s with you.
