We originally switched to Blanchard Valley Veterinary Clinic due to the high cost of our previous vet. At first, your costs were lower, but now they re just as high as anywhere else. I can count on spending at least $200 every time I walk through your door. It makes it difficult to get the veterinary care care our pets deserve.

In the past, I was under the impression that if two cats had nail trims, there was a discount. Was I incorrect? As seniors on fixed incomes,we are concerned about your price increases and need to investigate alternatives. Your service seems very good and all staff are pleasant and courteous.

I was really upset that I wasn t scheduled with my normal vet and I really didn t like the vet I was scheduled with. He mansplained to me and did not help with an issue at hand.

Dr. Fuller was great as usual. However, I thought $20 to trim my cat s back claws was steep. He doesn t have front claws. Also the $35 or $36 for cleaning his ears - I was told only one was quite dirty seems a little high. But especially the claws trimming. I rember sometimes it was free and once I think $8.

Our previous Vet would not treat our pet in our presence and that made us a little uncomfortable. Thank you so much for everything and I am so glad I chose your office.

It is extremely frustrating when one of my pets has been injured and it’s not during “normal business hours”. Being told by an answering machine to take my pet to Toledo or Columbus for emergency treatment is unacceptable. I have had 2 separate occasions where we needed urgent help and it was not available. Had I known when I first became a customer that there would be no way to get emergency treatment, I would have found another vet. I will be taking my pets somewhere else that is close to home and will help when and if we ever have another emergency. I am fortunate that neither emergency was life threatening because I am sure I would be without one of them by now.

I can not walk by my self.if I bring my dog will some one come to the car and get him?
