I was pleased with service this time but it seems often that unnecessary and VERY expensive tests and procedures are highly suggested. The cost of many of these things is prohibitive to those of us who are owners of just ordinary animals— not special breeds. At this visit Dr. Sizemore graciously gave me the option of choosing probable cause with less expensive meds and “wait and seeif that works” instead of insisting on more expensive treatment. I appreciated that and the less expensive route worked well.

BVVC and Dr. Fuller are very professional and personable and truly care about my pet.

I sat in my car on arrival and left a message on the phone that I was there. Ten minutes past my appointment time I got a call saying I was ten minutes late and did I want to reschedule. I told the lady I was out front in my car and had left a message twenty minutes before. Other than that delay I was happy with them.

The staff are always professional and kind. I will keep coming back with my pets.

Most of the staff I dealt with were very friendly. Due to getting called back late, our appointment lasted beyond office hours- which I felt bad about, but the receptionist was not rude at all. I was not impressed with the doctor, and if I decide to continue with this clinic it will only be with another doctor.

First, my name is Jane, not James. I was sold medications for my cat s ears & eyes & given verbal directions when a demonstration on how to apply would have been the better route. Lastly, the paper from Wood County Humane said the visit fee would be waived yet I was charged $60. So overall, your facilities are great but service could be better.

I am very pleased to be able to Dr Fuller handle my appointment. He is the most compassionate person and my cats and dogs (in the past) have been fortunate to be treated by him. It was also great to see Julia again, as she has also been involved with caring for our cats. I will request them again or Kendall whenever I set up appointments in the future.
