Not half the Vet clinic it used to be. Been using BV for 50 yrs. You have all the toys now but have turned it into a business, not a vet clinic. Lost a lot in the process.

Your entire staff is amazing! Seriously, every single person working there is so, so kind! I don t worry at all when my sweet pets are taken inside for their exams. I had to score low on the facility because we still aren t able to come in. I hope this changes soon, we have not been able to meet the staff since we became patients. Other than that we have been pleased with everything.

I just want to say our first experience at your practice was the BEST visit to any veterinarian I have ever been to. I sincerely mean that!! The lady that came out to get Annie was so sweet and then the unheard of, and trust me I have told EVERYONE, the Dr. actually came out into the parking lot and talked to us in PERSON!!! ???? not someone to just relay her appointment. Dr. Fuller and the young lady took time to answer every question we had and I never felt rushed to hurry with my questions. We left feeling very satisfied and informed. I m still in shock but the top of all toppers was you easily could have x-rayed our dog and we wouldn t have known any different but you didn t. Believe me not many practices would have done that. I had to fabricate about the inside cleanliness because I have no idea but I m sure it s perfect! If I had to pick at something the only thing would be the pain of hearing you use the word obese! Annie hasn t recovered, it s a girl thing. Maybe you could have stressed diet but could have used pleasingly plump or said she needs to push away from the dinner bowl a little sooner. She ll recover from that in a day or so but the struggle is real for us girls! ?????????? Just joking, everything was top notch and we couldn t have been happier or more satisfied then we were. I was a little disappointed that you would not accept a shot being given that was purchased over the counter, because you never new how it was stored. I know for certain that other vets in the area suggest that you can save money by giving your pet these shots. And one other thing I called and asked for a Rabies shot only and was surprised to find out after the appointment that I was charged for a exam. I personally feel that if you are going to do something other than what was scheduled that you should check with the client first.
