The only suggestion I will make is since you only have curbside drop off due to COVID, explain billing upfront I was only given the price of one procedure and when I asked about the prices they said they would let me know once the vet sees him.

I m very disappointed in not being able to come in with our pets. I will not make another appointment until me or my husband can go in.

Maybe update staff on dogs Pregnancy protocol all the information I was given over the phone while talking to four different receptionist was wrong thankful Dr. Fuller came out and had a very nice conversation with me and got all my questions answered and was given the correct information if we are to ever do this again. In general we have never had a bad experience or interaction there and think it is still a great vet office. Just was a little disappointed with this one area.

Prices seemed a little higher, but that could be due to COVID. I really hated to see that emergency vet services are being farmed out to Toledo. I hate to think of this old woman driving to Toledo in the middle of the night for fur baby emergency.

Dr. Fuller is so thorough. He explains everything so well. My animals like him too.

We’ve just recently switched to BVVC and are very happy with the service we have received.

Initially I was really put off by the fact that you are not letting pet owners into the building right now and I would still prefer that was not the case however I really like Dr Fuller as a vet and he has a way of making me feel comfortable that he is thorough and knowledgeable concerning my cats health. Elizabeth, the vet tech, also is obviously knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They both made my visit better than I thought it might be. Thank you for taking good care of my boys.

Although we didnt do the actual visit there was no wait. Smooth process and the vet was very informative

I have been out of work and money has been tight, so I was calling around trying to find good care at a reasonable cost. I was given misinformation when I called to inquire about costs: concerning pricing for vaccination and surgery, in addition to pre-surgery requirements. Not until during the visit was I given higher pricing.

Staff treated my pet as if their own.

Dr. Fuller called me and explained about appointment as I could not bring my cat Riley in myself and my son brought him in. I appreciate that so much. Marilyn Law

My dog has a tumor in his mouth and I had to wait 2½ weeks for an appointment with Dr. Fuller. I recommended BVVC to my son when he recently got a new puppy. He called for an appointment with Dr Fuller and got in 2 days later...I still had 5 more days of waitimg

Would much prefer being in, with masks for everyone, while my cat is being examined, particularly since she is basically in paliative care. Other thing, alhtough I like Dr. Chiu, I feel she is a little too prone to suggest expensive tests and meds. Dropped $500 the other day with no real benefit to my cat. My wife spent a similar amount a few years back, and could not afford it, and all it ended up being was a stomach ache.
