Due to the Covid 19 problems the staff came to your car to get the pet and take it in to the doctor. The doctor came out after examining my pet to explain his findings and recommendations and answer any questions. A staff member then brought the pet to the car and provided billing information. Kudos to the entire staff for an excellent job in dealing with the current situation. All involved were friendly, polite and professional. A great job by all.

We were given sugulgfestions concerning Ashley’s weight and food. Very helpful.

Thank you this is the first time my dogs did not have to be sedated to have their nails trimmed. The vet tech was very good with Mattie and Danika. Very good feedback from the vet. Waiting outside and walking the dogs helped their anxiety. I can t explained how happy to see them not sedated.

I appreciate being able to have my pet seen on such short notice and the time Dr. Fields spent with him.

Hi BVVets: My two cats went for a wellness check, and I wrongly assumed nail trim was part of the exam. When I got home, I saw their nails had not been trimmed. Since the cats were in their kennels while they were in and out of the car, I didn t think to ask about the trim. You might consider asking/reminding clients about this, in case it was something that would have been accepted if offered. Otherwise - great vi$it. Terry Collins

It was very strange to talk to the vet tech in our van & then have our dog taken inside without us... But when Dr Fuller called us, we couldn’t have been happier with the thoroughness of the exam! He was detailed in his assessment of Annie’s overall health; from eyes, teeth, ears & joints, before he addressed the issue we brought her in for. We also appreciated his positive comments about our sweet Annie. He asked if we had any questions before Annie came back to the van. We said no, but We should have asked More about how to take care of the wound until surgery. We realized we needed the dreaded cone, before surgery as she made it worse licking it. The very friendly staff called and emailed, giving price & availability for surgery. It was a great experience for both Annie & her owners! Thanks so much!! John & Cheryl Larbus

I was just disappointed that the cost was more than the $350 quoted, and the additional medication at a cost of $50 is one the cat can t take, so I am hoping the unused portion can be returned.

It was stressful to sit in car and have your pet taken away. But they both came back happy and not at mall stressed. So very happy with your service !!!

The staff at Blanchard Valley Vet clinic are lovely! During this global pandemic they are still dedicated into seeing and helping out your animals even if restrictions are to be in place. They explain any procedures thoroughly and in terms of costs, this is the most affordable vet clinic I have ever been to. They are professional, punctual, and friendly. Best vet clinic I have been to in a while.

With the covid going on as always everyone did an amazing job. Love you guys.
