I love Dr. Clemens, he so kind so compassionate, knowledgable takes his time with your pet. Explains everything answers every questions. He truly loves animals that you can see when I take my cat to him, I feel she will get the best care there. His staff is so good they are the same understand loving people the ladies there also show how much they love animals. Dr. Clemens and his staff are a cut above the rest, I just can t say enough good things about them.

I scheduled my routine appointment to be done the same day as groooming- this was a fantastic option. I am slightly disappointed that I no sooner got the dogs home and received an email in the next few days saying the dogs were due for something else- I would have been much happier if the office could have called and said- you are due for this or that in the next few weeks- Thank you.

Just an observation, often I find that I wait in the exam room for a while before we are seen. I always try to be on time or early for our appointments and was hoping this could be improved.

My experience was absolutely Wonderful ?? The Auburn Vet Hospital was warm , friendly, my dog was at ease with the staff(she is very fickle around men in general). Dr. Clemens was tentative, thorough, and a joy to have as a Vet. The Staff were very helpful, tentative, great handling my dog and nice!! I would recommend all my friends to go to this clinic?????? sincerely Teri and Rizzolli??

I have a suggestion...someone should paint the bottom part of the examining table that is old and rusty. I never noticed how shabby it looked until you moved and every thing is else was clean and bright! and new. Thank you as always for your work and kindness. Judy Vernon
