My husband & I (and our children) were given the most devastating diagnosis re: our sweet loving gentle giant Acey Boy. He was not going to get better & we needed to say goodbye. Dr Clemens & your entire staff (Jessica at the desk & a wonderful other girl who helped us carry Ace inside) were kind empathetic & so understanding & wonderful with our last time with our precious boy! While Alyssa was incredibly engaging and knowledgeable I fear even she cannot make up for the long wait in the exam room or the fact that I was charged for a nail trim. My previous vets offered nail trimming complimentary when seeing the doctor. I work in customer service and find that nickeling and diming is not a good practice.

Dr Clemens and team always go out of their way to take the very best care of our fur babies. Even when I mixed up our appointment time they found a great solution to work it out. Alex did an amazing job with Hercules. He’s a very nervous older rescue dog, but with Alex he was very calm and relaxed. I don’t know what she did, but I’ve never seen him more relaxed at a vet appointment. It was a real pleasure to see how well she handled him.
