Just went for a toe nail trim for my cat but had no problems getting it done and in the time frame I d asked for

Dr. Zellman and her staff are wonderful. They understand my dog s needs and always make him as comfortable there as he can be. Their care for him is obvious!

I cannot say enough about Amy and the staff. They are so incredibly patient with our fur babies… even our not-so-friendly cat, Bennie. We have a vet clinic 5 minutes from our house, but we drive a half hour to Salmon Falls. We will be going here forever.

It was a very pleasant visit. But with multiple animals and the outrageous cost of the visits it makes it difficult to go more often. The cost of just the initial visit has skyrocketed out of control never mind what you have to pay for other procedures. People who are on a fixed income like social security can not afford that.

My cat is having seizures and they told me she just needed to be fixed. I called with questions the next day and they never called me back. I would never go there again.

Everyone was great and addressed my concerns

The only complaint I would have is that the table that the dogs are put on when the doctor is examining them they should change that pad more often the towel on the table was dirty other than that the place is great

Very caring and knowledgeable. The Vet was well aware of my my dogs medical history and treated her accordingly. They are gentle and very loving to my dog.

I mostly appreciate feeling like Luna has a voice through you to do what’s best for her; whereas my judgement may be clouded by emotion. It seems like Luna has had a difficult life and all I want is for her to have peace for her remaining years. Thank you for providing her care.

I was impressed with the two veterinarians at the practice and they love my Lincoln and that is all I can ask for.

I came to your practice without being a patient. You welcomed me and my sick cat, Bennie, with open arms. Connie, Alex, and Dr Margaret Linnell were SO compassionate the entire time we were there. Not only did they take care of my cat, they took care of me as well! This is my new vet clinic now!

Need to be more thorough when assessing pets and need to listen to the pet owners about existing health problems when being treated for them. They also need to stop speaking down to pet owners about current health conditions and to stop interrupting them during conversation when pet owners are trying to explain the issues, especially when it’s a ongoing problem and owners are trying to explain potential reasons for pets condition. They need to stop over charging for chronic health conditions and not take advantage of owners by adding on additional charges that they didn’t address upon initial visit.
