Connie is such an asset to Salmon Falls Animal Hospital. Her love and concern for the animals in her care is very evident. My dog has never been afraid to go to Salmon Falls and happily walks in wagging his tail. Debbie has always been very efficient and helpful whenever I have called with a question or concern. The vets that have cared for my dog throughout the years have always been knowledgeable and considerate towards the welfare of my dog. 30 minute wait before being seen.

Not only did the staff make sure one of my cats were seen immediately due to an infected paw, but they also went out of their way to ensure I got to say goodbye to my childhood cat before having to be put down. Truly a personable experience, one that will not be forgotten. Thank you for all that you do!

I called from the parking lot at 2:55 pm for a 3 appointment & then sat for 35 minutes. Someone came out to get another dog but ignored me so I left. I hope you don t charge me as I me as my time is just as important as yours & it was poor service on your part.

Wish we were able to go in with our pet. I wanted to talk about a couple things more in depth and that is hard to do not being in person.

I really enjoyed our visit. Even though we couldn’t go in with Jasper, the Dr. And Vet Tech were very friendly, kind, and forthcoming with information.

We felt really supported and that we got more guidance and information for our cats illness in one appointment at SFAH than we did in a whole year of working with our last vet. Thank you

Called 2 times on Tuesday. Voice-mail said you were closed on Tuesdays but apparently you were open till 12. Was I just suppose to just magically know that you were actually open?

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The vet came from a veterinary hospital in Newbury, Ma., where I used to bring my dogs, so it was like old home week. Good karma, except that the vet tech, who gets paid peanuts, had to be right and had attitude. That s okay as she is young but needs to be corrected. Thank you..............all fives.

The only issue was that we didn’t get seen until almost an hour after our scheduled appointment time. Other than that, I was pleased with the visit.

I had an appointment for my 2 cats for their annual check up and vaccinations. The actual time spent on checking them out was maybe about 8 minutes each, yet I was billed $100 for a 1 hour appointment for both cats, plus another $86 for shots. I thought that was a bit much.

We love taking Harold here. The staff is so sweet with him, even if he is a bit skittish. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else!

I appreciated being able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. My first time meeting the staff and felt like I had been going there for 20 years. Thank you
