Hello, The appointment was promptly set by phone, and we were taken back to a room at the scheduled time, however waited 40 mins to see the doctor. At one point during the wait, I was asked to switch rooms re: the room we were in was needed for a large dog. The dog I saw go in there was about 20 pounds and barely knee high. Although I don t mind switching rooms, this stirs up trust issues for me as I am very particular re: veterinary practices. Once there, Dr. Johnson was very accommodating and helpful. Checkout had one glitch - the December schedules for the vets were not in the system. Although I don t mind calling back to schedule, I am simply providing feedback. Although the day after a holiday, and I appreciate your being open, the environment in waiting was a bit chaotic. Perhaps another encounter will be different. Thank you.

I feel I can’t find A more perfect place to bring my pets. Everyone is so friendly and caring and of course I love Dr Johnson . She is so knowledgeable and doesn’t rush you. She really does care. Please don’t change. I’ve highly recommended your place to everyone . Thanks for the excellent service.

The staff was understanding and swift to accommodate my request for my Cattle Dog to be seen after she developed a cough (possibly after being boarded). I came in as an ER visit but they did not charge me for anything. Got the meds for my pup that night. I’m happy to report she no longer has a cough. I appreciate VMC and their commitment to their mission.

I was immediately recommend the most expensive medications for my cat, despite informing the technician about my financial situation. After declining the first three quotes, I was presented with an affordable quote with off-brand medications for my pet. Those generic brands should be suggested first. The amount of money that a person can comfortably shell out during an emergency visit is not tantamount to the level of care you should subject that suffering animal to. Every suffering animal should be met with a standard of care, despite an owners financial situation. I have no issue paying thousands of dollars on my pets healthcare. But I don t always have thousands of dollars on me. End rant.

Our Mahi, a 1 yr old wired haired point griffon pup, had an allergic reaction to something in our yard.. the team saw as a walk in emergency case. EVERYONE was terrific, kind, helpful and sincere. They quickly treated her, gave us clear info and direction. I trust them and highly recommend their services.
