To be honest I was quite taken aback at the requirement to pay in advance. I understand this may be necessary for emergency care but this was a scheduled appointment for an established pet.

I haven’t been able to register Mya’s microchip because your staff didn’t mail her information yet since Mya was was spayed and microchipped. Your staff found the form that I filled out on the day I brought my puppy Mya to be spayed and microchipped 15 days after her procedure. Because of that I wasn’t able to input her information onto the Home Again website. Can you please make sure that the form I filled out is mailed please to Home Again? I’ll gladly appreciate it very much!

I always know that my fur baby is in the very best hands. I love that they always call and let you know what’s going on. I’m also glad that I was informed about Trupanion. Unfortunately my fur baby has been a sick puppy. If it weren’t for Trupanion I would thousands of dollars in debt. It’s a great plan for fur babies. Thank you Veterinary Medical for the outstanding care that you give Bentley. ??????????

They are very kind and compassionate

We simply love Dr. Johnson and the techs. Everyone seems to treat us like we re the only ones there while taking much time with us. Our Humphrey loves going to see Doc Johnson and now, our newly adopted golden from Puerto Rico will love her too! Thank you for a great practice!

I am not a regular client, this was an emergency visit as our Mobile Vet was not available. I was very pleased with, my visit, if I did not live so far from your office I would certainly be a regular client.

Smells like a shelter. Not sure how that could be different, but allergies make me sensitive to it.

This was my first time to your facility. Outstanding. Clean, beautiful facility with an awesome staff. Great job and thank you for making our my Sara s stay overnight good. She is doing very well now.

The staff is always very friendly

We have always been satisfired with the office staff, Techs and Vets. They are very courteous and attentitive to our concerns. Everyone treats our two Cocker Spaniels like they are there own.

When asked if they were able to dremel our pets nails a little better, as last time it was quickly done and the nails were all jagged. I even had to come home and file them down myself. I’d say for the price you guys charge for a dremel, compared to the groomers, I’d expect a way better job. The lady at the first desk was rude and condescending to my husbands request. To where she went and said we will do the best we can to where we don’t cause your dogs nails to bleed. My husband is a very humble person and I can tell by his explanation of the conversation she wasn’t being pleasant. The only reason we come here is because our dog insurance pays for the dremel. So, it’s not coming out of our pocket. I will ensure to be there next time and inspect before leaving so that our dremel is performed properly. I work in customer service as well, it’s not what you say, it’s how you deliver it.

Usually I have a great experience whenever I bring in my puppy Remi. However, this time I was a little upset with the way I received her back. Remi, like a lot of dogs, is afraid to go to the vets office. Apparently, she had a little accident while with the tech because when I received her back her backside was a mess. You could definitely smell her too. Usually I don’t have this problem, as they have always cleaned her up before giving her back to me. I even walked her to do her business prior to taking her in for her appointment, which she did complete her business.

Forwarding the details of the visit to my regular vet would be appreciated. The issue is persisting and I scheduled an appt with my vet and discovered they had no record of the issue. It’s for thoroughness....regular vet has more knowledge of my pet’s History
