I appreciate customer service was very kind and assistive with me and my little dog doctor is very clear and described what he was checking on and asked me if I had any questions and he checked my dog for the questions I did have it explained thoroughly everything to me I did go to the restroom and it was clean. I very much appreciate their service I appreciate them sending me emails to remind me of her appointments that is very helpful for me because I am disabled I do wish they had certain packages of lower price that I can afford cuz I don t have very much income I have to save for her shots and things needed I can t afford to have her teeth cleaned that s very expensive so I m going to try to do that myself somehow.

The office staff is very nice. But none of them had an idea what was going on post op. No one seemed to know anything. I had to come back in 3 times to ask more questions. I wasn’t given any written post op instructions. When I asked if we needed a follow up I was told no. Then my husband went back in to ask again and was told yes. Once again staff is nice doctor Is nice. Just would think the tech and doctor would commicate more.

Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the visit. It took 20 mins to be seen and then I didn’t feel that the visit went as smooth. No one called to check if the dog was doing ok with his immunizations. There were no instructions on what to look for in case of side effects. It was just a rushed visit and out the door.

This week was our first visit because we just moved here in march and the first time I saw y alls office, I knew that that s the vet we would be using. We have been crazy busy but finally was able to make an appointment and we were very impressed. All of the staff were wonderful and friendly and the doctor was as well; he took his time with us and answered our questions and is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you!!! :D

We love you guys. Some reviews have expressed disappointment with your rates but the way I see it is I am willing to pay more for the quality I receive from your office. You guys are not the most expensive vet clinic in town. I feel that the prices are very fair from my experience in owning animals and visiting clinics. We love how thurough you are in explaining things to us. We feel like we are cared for just as much as our animals. Thank you guys for being great!

I love it there it very clean and the staff are ready to answer any questions you may have and the doctor was great it funny how. Much you. I had both of our dogs and my 9 month old with me when my husband was unable to make it to the appointment; to say the least it was a struggle. The staff was so helpful and really made what I thought was going to be a nightmare quite pleasant. My dogs are pretty nervous at the vet usually but they seemed very comfortable and almost at ease. I m so glad a friend recommended us to Praire Lake.

I scheduled my dog to come in for one shot since the email stated she needed her updated one. Never did the email say anything about needing a wellness update. So, I called and scheduled the one shot. When my husband went to pay, he was charged for a wellness exam too. When I called to find out why, she told me they have to give a wellness with that type of shot. Never once was I told when I booked her shot that she would need a wellness exam. That’s pretty low to do to your customers especially since wouldn’t mind, but they need to be told first. You shouldn’t expect payment from a customer when they have no idea they are being charged for a service they didn’t originally book.
