Everyone is helpful, friendly, and attentive!! It s always a good experience--not so much for Boo, though she doesn t seem quite as afraid now as she used to be.

Receipt I received didn’t show my cat’s weight from that visit ( it showed a previous visits weight) and there wasn’t any reminder on it to call back in to schedule the next visit (2-3 months recheck). It’d be helpful if the receipt showed this information. Thank you for everything, you all are doing a great job!

The last time we had our 2 cats in one did not like the way the other one smelled and got very feisty when he was around her for a couple of days. This last visit, she did not seem to have the same issue. I am wondering if the exam table was wiped off better before this last visit and that is what made the difference.

They were able to get us in same day as our dog had allergies which cause in infection and we were going out of town. They were very good with our dog! We appreciate them very much!

unfortunately i didn t listen to my messages on my phone the morning of Brooklyn s appt her appt. was cancelled due to the doctor being sick-i showed up and another dr. took care of brooky-i cd tell he wasn t happy-no smiles-not much talking-i did call to APOLIGIZE 4 showing up-from now on i will listen 2 my messages! SO SORRY!
