I was not very prepared at my appointment. I sent my son with the puppy and hadn’t given enough information for the checkup. Dr. Connie was very patient in waiting for my son to get all the necessary information to do the exam. The staff called me afterward, too.

Everyone was very friendly and informative.

The only reason I took a star off for wait time is because I had to wait 15 min past my appointment time, but I know things happen. I really appreciated the Dr being open and honest with me! She told me that we didn t actually need to have my dog s teeth cleaned, while our previous vet always made us do it. Makes you wonder if they were just looking to do an expensive procedure! Thank you

The appointment for my cats went smoothly and all my questions were answered. While in the waiting room I noticed how clean they keep their building. That has to be difficult with all the traffic in and out of the hospital.
