The groomer was fantastic, our dog had a horrible experience,at another facility,and was tramatized but after the visit anxiety has decreased greatly,,thank you for caring!

The staff were genuinely concerned for Nillie as we are as her owners. The staff really cared for Nillies well being.

The office staff, technicians & the doctors are always friendly and professional and I appreciate their willingness to help.

I love the fact that a cat (Patches) lives there! It was so cute and made the place feel more comfortable.

This was Princess s first visit. I just got her nails trimmed. I ve decided to use Adams Pet Hospital as her regular vet because they were great!

Dr. Nikelson (don’t know if I was spelled her name correctly) was wonderful with my new kitty that I had found. She answered my questions and took her time with me. She was very sweet with the kitty and even helped us name her. Wonderful job!

Please let customer know the cost of procedures when it goes well beyond the average cost for said customer. Given my dogs age of almost 12 just wondering if all the tests were necessary?

I realize things will change Bc of Covid and I would be happy to wear a mask and even gloves if needed. I was not happy that I could not go in with my dog. I could not talk with Vet until after appt was completed. I paid to have nails clipped and had to bring him back to the office a second time Bc she did not do his dew claws and they were curling. I don’t trim his nails Bc they are black and am not comfortable to avoid quick. I also paid to have anal glands checked and expressed and I have no idea if this was done as she did not mention this in report. I love your clinic but will not continue if I can’t come in. I did not know this Vet either. She seemed nice enough on the phone but don’t know how she is with my dog. I have always been extremely happy with Dr Adams care. I am sorry for poor review but had I been allowed in I would not have required a second visit. Also I was not told to bring a stool sample when making appt so will have to come back a third time...

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Things were explained about my dog. I would recommend them.

Five stars every question . The entry ways were even clean in in past appointments the whole place is top notch !! Absolutely love everything one there !
