I appreciated being offered a lower cost option first prior to having expensive testing procedures done. I would rather try to solve the problem with something less expensive if at all possible.

I have a cat that hates his cage. We got him ready when it was a good time to get him. I know we were early, but didn t expect to be taken early. We were, and I appreciate that, but heard the employee say that we were extremely early.. sorry.. we could have waited. We just came early because it was convenient for us. Not to inconvenience you. We were only there for a nail trim. And you didn t clip his dew claws...really wish you would have clipped them all....

I feel that if you offer a service you should support it or refer you to another vet.

We have always received good service. I would have appreciated a reminder to bring a stool sample to my dog’s annual.

We felt a little rushed with the veterinarian, as she only spent about 5 to 10 minutes with us and Boots. That just seems a bit insufficient for an annual exam. Also, I know she is newer to the practice, so perhaps she was still a bit nervous or still getting used to the facility, but she did not seem too friendly with us in terms of “bedside manner” if you will, and she didn’t ask us much about Boots’s day to day (ie: what we feed him and how much, how active he is, flea treatments, etc), which are all things that we’ve been asked about in the past. I know it is our fault for being late to the appointment, but overall it just seemed fairly rushed and not as welcome as we would have expected it to be/liked it to be.

I brought 2 cats in and was charged for 2 office calls. I thought bringing them in together would save us both time and money.

Just a little construction dust, but not terrible. Been bringing my dogs here since 2009. Can’t imagine going anywhere else. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

It was my first time. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was outgoing, helpful, and friendly. The three people at the front desk were so nice. I loved that Socks vet was honest about an uncertainty and called in another vet to check. We will def. go back.

I live in Greenwood but I still won’t take my dog anywhere else because I know you guys really care about her and will take awesome care of her. So keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it right!

Everything was very nice. Only thing I would complain about is when I called to get my dog an appt for Fri or Sat i could not. I had to wait until Monday. He was very a very sick boy. Ended up he did have a concern after running blood work. The vet was very kind in calling me personally and explaining my pets concern with his blood work. He also apologized for not seeing my boy sooner. I did appreciate that. My boy did have additional problems which lead him to have meds. The office was very helpful in getting that. My boy seems to be doing better. Very thankful.

Staff was the nicest staff I have ever interacted with at a vet. Also, they were able to serve me on the day I needed Sampson to be seen. All the other vets refused to see him until a future day. I’m grateful!!

The service was great, however, I was underwhelmed with the overall space at the clinic. I’m happy to see that there are plans for expansion of inside and parking, and hoping that the original building also plans to have a makeover with new equipment in the rooms. I’m excited for the outcome!
