Short staffed on the day of our appointment. Felt bad for the tech assisting us. She was a trooper

Always a friendly and fast visit, with great care shown by the Doc s. Can not wait for the addition to be done, the only thing that has ever been rough was parking.

I always enjoy bringing my baby boy In and they always take care of him and the time in the office is just fine

We love the techs and Dr. Stone! Everyone is so helpful and you can tell they really care about us and our pup.

The staff was great, I called for an appointment, I was in same day. My guinea pig was handled w care and you could tell the Vet knew what she was doing. I am very pleased and so glad I found this office! Thank you all!

Dr failed to introduce herself

I could be remembering wrong but I recommend letting the animals give the employees a good sniff before beginning to work with them. That way the animals first introduction to a new person is a scent and not a voice. But really everyone did very well. I look forward to my next visit!

The technician didn’t realize the walls are thin, because I heard every word of him talking about me. Every word. Judging me and laughing with another person in the hallway. The vet took 2 seconds with my dog. This was supposed to be an annual visit and she didn’t check him or give me any sort of information on whether or not my pup is healthy. Terrible terrible experience.

I needed my pets shots updated in a rush. I was given an appointment the Friday after Thanksgiving. Very fast.

I was disappointed that I had to ask about overall health of my pet at the end of yearly examination before the doctor left the room. I also felt a little talked down to by the doctor. Just keep in mind that you never know a person’s life story or circumstances. The staff/technicians were extremely nice and helpful!

We are happy that your new addition and improved parking has begun. Did not care for the present parking situation. It will make for a much nicer visit!!

I was amazed at how quickly I could obtain an appointment time that worked with my schedule. All staff were friendly and helpful, and while I was in and out, my appointment was not rushed. Keep up the great work!
