I was thrilled with the experience! I was amazed how much time was spent with both the dog and I with almost zero wait time. Services weren t done just because, they did what was necessary and didn t charge a huge fee. EXCELLENT service, everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic!

I called about having fecals on my dogs done for Rockin E classes and when the opportunity presented itself to collect fresh samples from both dogs and run them in before work (I work 9-5, Monday-Friday so y all opening 7:30 is super helpful!), the staff was more than happy to have them run. It was very much appreciated.

Everyone was so nice and they generally cared about the animals, the bill put me into shock, it was 100.00 less than a visit to my old vet at alpine vet clinic. I went there cuz i was new in town. My girlfriend told me about Gem City Vet. Her name is Kellie Goodman. I was quite satisfied with everything they did there including the veternarian that cared for my cat.
