I am extremely satisfied with my visits. I love having a veterinary clinic where I know all the vets and staff and they know my animals as individuals. The level of care and assistance is always top notch. I refer all of my friends who value having a relationship with the Drs. and staff who treat their animals with such dignity and respect. The staff is always as wonderful as the Vets. It is the premier clinic in Laramie.

Everyone is so willing to help and do whatever they can to make it better and easier for the pet. The whole staff acts like they all really care about you and your pet, this is a rare and very good thing.

Thank you for making my pet and I feel safe and at home. My dog dreads vet visits, but grew to love and trust Krystal(I hope I spelled her name correctly) in the short time we were there! The front desk staff (and all staff, for that matter!) were incredibly friendly, pet oriented, and helpful. Lucy and I will certainly be back for future visits to Gem City. Thank you for everything!
