We have taken our animals to Gem City vet for a very long time!! They are always loving and genuine and sincere!!! This trip, there was no appt scheduled but I knew that I would be able to drip off my dog and at their convenience get him examined. Great communication once exam done!! Great to hear from Crystal!! I feel we are not a number... we are family!!

Dr. Gill was wonderful! She was fast, thorough, and my dog loved her. Her diagnosis was spot on and my dog was feeling better within 24 hours. Best vet I ve ever known. Thank You!!!

I just want to say that I am shocked at the high level of service and low prices after switching from another vet in town. Even little things like this, getting sent a survey, shows that you truly value your clients and want to do right by them. I am very pleased with the care shown to my dog and myself, and we will be coming back for sure. :)

I took my dog in, thinking he had an ear infection. I explained to the doctor that his last vet visit he was terrified and that I really wanted this to be a positive experience. Crystal and her team did that and so much more! I felt like they listened to my concerns and gave me a lot of really good information. A really good experience for my dog and myself!!
