We really would have liked a call back from dr Rogoff after our pets visit. When I waited til lathe end of business I called but the office was closed. Treatments were done without our knowledge. Just a bit frustrated.

My Orange Village Animal experience started with a lab I used to babysit and then my own lab, 3 cats, another lab, 2 more cats and then yet another cat......I m more than happy with the staff and Doc and their ability to put up with my every growing menagerie!

As a new patient it was great very welcoming and the staff made the curbside process so easy. They were very patient with a nervous dog. It was all around very easy.
