I don t mind paying the $10.95 Compliance Fee once a year but for every appointment it seems a bit excessive. Other than that, I am happy with OVAH.

We have been going to Dr. Rogoff for more than 30 years for our various pets. His deep love of animals shine through his approach both to the pets as well as the pet owners. It is such a warm and attentive approach, never rushed but always thorough. Simply said, he is a treasure to our community.

I really appreciate how kind the assistant was as well as the accommodations made for billing for me.

The whole experience was great! The only problem I encountered was a rude receptionist. The Dr. even overheard her and told her to adjust her attitude. Thanks

I am aware that Dr. Rogoff is still taking safety precautions due to COVID-19. However, as a new puppy mom, I had plenty of questions that I wanted to ask him about the care of my Westie pup. I was also disappointed that I did not receive a discharge summary of the results of his wellness check. I was also informed that my puppy did not necessarily have to receive the Bordetella vaccine, especially since I have no plans of having him around any other dogs. I would have loved to have had that explained to me by Dr. Rogoff prior to agreeing to give my pup the vaccine.

I can t speak to the cleanliness of the facility, bc I did not go in. Ashley was very attentive to my questions, and my kitty was calmer when she was returned to me than she was when I dropped her off. I feel that my Summer s needs were well met. Thank you.
