I appreciate the effort of the staff to get my cat in for her appointment, so I didn t have to wait for days to find out what was wrong. I appreciate the doctor s knowledge in finding out what was wrong with my cat. She means a lot to me and I appreciate the care that was given to her and now knowing what her problem is.

Sox was an emergency visit with a bleeding tail..the staff.. Dr Ackler was compassionate understanding. Sox had to have surgery and afew inches of her tail removed. All d/c instructions were clear concise. She is doing well. I cant thank u enough for interest in her compassion professionalism and Dr Ackler thank you and from Sox s Mom and Dad THANK YOU..cause we out of town.????????

I was very pleased with both the staff as well as the vet! I had a great experience even with the covid stuff going on. I plan on bringing my other 2 dogs to this vet as we previously took them to Kalkaska Animal hospital but it wasn’t a good experience. So when I got my puppy I decided to go to your vet and am glad I did at the advice of my neighbor. Great job! Thanks

I like the drive up service. The staff is always excellent. I feel like they actually love my cat and care about him. I felt that the lady vet who was filling in was excellent. She was very professional And seemed very knowledgeable. She didn’t try to sugar coat the diagnosis which I appreciate. Now we just wait for the biopsy results to decide what the next step will be with my sweet cat socks.
