Due to COVID-19 safety reasons, I didn’t go inside the office

Noah, our dog does not like the masks. While I understand the need to take precautions, not getting to speak with the groomer or the doctor after a service is a negative for me. The sooner we can all ease up on the strangle hold this virus has on our social behavior the better.

I am so thankful to Mancelona Vet Hospital. Loki was in for a routine yearly exam, and due to the pandemic we had to stay outside. The staff was professional and handled everything great. Great place to take your animals!

Everything about your practice is fantastic! The entire staff, compassion, pricing, everything! I also appreciate that you don’t try to push services but you do suggest them. Everyone I’ve ever talked to about where to take my pets for treatment says the same thing.

I would not take my Dogs to anyone else!.

I greatly appreciated that you came out to my car to get my dogs. This made it so easy with my 2 year old daughter. She slept through the whole trip to the vet and back. The dogs were happy and got the shots they needed. This was an overall great experience!

I could not believe how effecient the staff was. Jake was in just for an annual check-up and I did not need to spend time with the doctor but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I commend you all. Thank you

I don t know if this was the appointment we had for peaches but they were very kind and very courteous with us and peaches. It was one of the worst things i ve ever done. She was my baby girl. Thank you for all you did to help.

I was not able to rate the applicable questions due to some error in the site. I am and have been very satisfied with the MVH for many years. This appointment was for a grooming so many of the questions are not applicable.

We took two of our male cats here to be neutered. Even with social distancing and the pandemic going on, every person was VERY caring, professional and helpful. I will be suggesting this to all my friends and family and will be taking my pets here from now on all the way from Gaylord. Thank you all!

Although I couldn t go in with Lilly because of the virus the staff who came out to get her were very kind. The last time Lilly was in for a check-up Dr Ackler was amazing! He s like the dog whisperer. It is apparent all the staff genuinely love animals . I recommend this office frequently. Thank you for you kind treatment of Lilly.

I m more than happy to complete surveys. This one was a bit difficult considering the Covid 19 situation. Everything is great at Mancelona Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Ackler is patient with me and all of the staff are considerate and friendly to me and my dog. One suggestion I have is to change the month of the teeth cleaning special. For those of us who have to pay taxes, most of us can t schedule teeth cleaning at the same time. Thank you.
