Well I was very proud how my cat was handled and how he dealt with the appointment. He made me very proud he doesn t like strangers at home yet he did real good at the vet, he made me real proud at being handled and getting his shots.

My cats did not see the doctor on this visit but Dr. Ackler gets 5 stars for every other time that they have seen him.

I took my mother-in-law’s dog in to be groomed, Nikki was awesome, she came out and spoke with me and told me what she had planned to do, when I picked up JoJo he was just what I was hoping for. Staff is awesome, I have been going to this office for over 20 years, and each visit makes me want to continue.

Dr ackler was completely thorough and totally explained my dog s situation which could have been life threatening he prioritized surgery and followed up after surgery to make sure that there were no complications he was totally professional and I couldn t ask for a better doctor than Dr ackler

We purposely come up north as often as we can to see Dr Ackler. Our 14 year old cocker spaniel loves him as much as we do. It is worth the trip!

I live in Kalkaska, but the care me and my sweet boy recieve here is totally worth the extra bit of driving! Mancelona is one of the best clinics in the state!

Fix this form. The stars I hit don’t stick. I tried to hit other stars to troubleshoot and remedy but it was not working. I’m all 5s if that’s the best. Only on hold for a short bit. Totally acceptable and understandable — waiting to schedule is good because you’re busy and that adds to credibility.

He seems to care alot more about my little male having sugar than the last dr i went to so i liked that. My dogs really liked him and he seems to love animals

Can’t answer the questions regarding Dr performance. Was there for grooming, but we are ALWAYS pleased with Zoe’s treatment and the friendly staff.

I’m always treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone does everything possible to make my pets feel comfortable. Very happy with the service

I phoned in with questions for Dr. Ackler. I didn’t need an office visit that day only a technician for an allergy shot for my 13 yr old beagle. Dr. Ackler surprised us during that technician appointment and answered all my questions in a comforting way with regards to my other 16 year old beagle at home in hospice. He loves my pets and it shows especially when he meets and greets them and sits on floor with them during visits. Keep up the great work, we would be lost without y’all.

Follow up phone calls days after an appointment are appreciated.

Everyone was caring and helpful. I accidentally messed up and thought my appointment time was 11:40 and was lat for the actually 11:20 time but the doctor and staff were kind and made it possible for us to be seen. They took amazing care of our Miles.

The staff went out of their way to work is in quickly. I was impressed! Our friend also used your services bob and Mary Ann kotch.

I had to bring in my Guinea Pig because he has a bump that was getting bigger. Come to find out he had an infection. I was so scared but as soon as it was diagnosed & was told surgery can help take care of it I felt safe & confident in the surgery. He was takes good care of & surgery went good & he’s doing good. It’s only been 24hr but I am glad I did it.

I really do like and trust MVH for our pet s care. When I rate less than excellent or better than average, it might have to do with just being unsure about what happened out of our sight on this particular visit: i.e. in this case we had to leave our pet, so weren t sure what happened while we were away, not that anything DID.
